5. Pass the starter rope end through the case and pull it outward.
Pass the starter rope through the starter handle and tie the
rope so that it can be untied easily by pulling it as shown.
6. Secure the starter reel with the set screw.
Make sure to align the projection of the swing arm collar with
the swing arm.
7. Pull the starter handle several times to make sure the swing
arm operates properly.
