5. Set the throttle cable lock nut and adjust nut at the ends of the
threads as shown.
6. Install the throttle cable end from the round hole side in the
swivel of the carburetor throttle.
7. Set the throttle cable threads on the top cover stay, and tighten
the adjust nut and the lock nut.
TORQUE: 1.8 N•m (0.18 kg•m, 16 in•lb)
8. Tighten the ground cable with the 5 x 9 mm socket bolt. Install
the ground terminal with it touching the boss of the air cleaner
case as shown.
9. Connect the engine switch connectors.
10. Adjust the throttle cable
11. Install the air cleaner cover.
