You can select the sensitivity.

In the Record mode, turn on the LCD monitor and press
the OK button. Press the bottom arrow on the Jog dial to
select

Press the right arrow on the Jog dial to select AUTO, 200
or 400.
• ISO appears on the control panel when a setting other than
AUTO is selected.
• The higher the ISO, the faster the shutter speed that can be
used and the lower the amount of light required.
• Press the OK button again to cancel the Menu. When the Menu
is canceled with a setting other than AUTO selected, the setting
will remain and appear on the LCD monitor.

Take a picture.
Note:
• The setting will remain even after a picture is taken, but will
return to AUTO when the lens barrier is closed.
• Pictures will appear grainy when the ISO is high.
• When AUTO is selected, the ISO is automatically set high in
low-light situations when the flash is not used, to prevent
blurring from camera movement.
• The sensitivity scale is based on the one used for picture film,
but the numbers are for reference only.
