Nose Cup Inhalation Valve Replacement
To remove the nose cup inhalation valve, grasp the valve and pull the
valve stem out from the valve seat. To replace push the valve stem into
the hole in the valve seat until locked in place. The valve stem should
point away from the face when worn.
Main Inhalation Valve Replacement
The inhalation valve is designed to seal the interface between the
inhalation port on the facepiece and the filters. Remove valve from the
inhalation port. To change the valve diaphragm, push the diaphagm over
the centre post of the inhalation valve. Insert the inhalation valve into the
inhalation port ensuring seal is secured in place.
Exhalation Valve Replacement
Remove the exhalation valve cover by pressing the 2 prongs on either
side of the centre opening and sliding the cover downwards. Remove the
exhalation valve by pulling on the edge of the valve. To replace, push the
new valve down onto the centre post of the valve seat. Replace the
exhalation cover. See Figure 9.

STORAGE AND TRANSPORTATION

These products should be stored in the packaging provided in dry, clean
conditions away from direct sunlight, sources of high temperature, petrol and
solvent vapours.
Do not store outside the temperature range -20°C to +50°C or with humidity
above 90%.
When stored as stated, the expected shelf life of the product is 5 years from date
of manufacture.
The original packaging is suitable for transporting the product throughout the
European Union.
