Securing the log
!
WARNING!
Be careful when handling the
log. Heavy lifting!
Wear boots or shoes with steel
toe cap.
1. Fold up the stops (A) on the left side of the
rail.
2.
Roll the log against the stop (A). The log
must not be closer than:
• 300 mm to the farthest end of the rail.
• 500 mm to the beginning of the rail.
Therefore, if two rail sections are used, the
max. permissible length of the log is
5200 mm.
3. Use the height adjusting device (B) to raise
the log until its heartwood is horizontal.
4. Secure the log in position by means of the
log locking device.
