The software can't find the ISDN card, or the card
does not respond to AT commands. (The following
comments apply to many other problems as well.)
The most common error with ISDN cards is that the
communications software is not configured for the
same COM port as the ISDN card. Check which COM
port the ISDN card is using. Make sure that the
software's COM port setting matches the ISDN card's
COM port setting.
Try enabling echo and verbose resources by typing
ATE1V1. Or return to default settings by typing
AT&F.
