9. PRE-AUTHORISE COMPLETION

STEP 1
Press the # key or tap
STEP 2
Select 'pre-auth completion'
STEP 3
If cashiers are enabled, enter the cashier (user) ID
STEP 4
If the cashier requires a PIN, enter the cashier's PIN
STEP 5
Enter the amount for completion and press 'OK' (O)
If the amount is more than 15% of the original transaction value, then invalid
amount is displayed.
STEP 6
If requested, enter the reference number to print on the receipt
STEP 7
If requested, enter the invoice number to print on the receipt
Enter the authorisation code, which was received from the bank and
STEP 8
printed on the pre-authorisation to be completed
STEP 9
The POS device will display 'please pass to customer'
This transaction is not supported by contactless.
STEP 10
The POS device will return to the idle screen
STEP 11
If prompted, the customer must enter his/her PIN
on the screen for the transaction list
