Cause
There is a difference be‐
tween a real slot and a slot
configured in the SIR‐
IUS Soft Start‐
er ES (TIA Portal).
Switching element defec‐
tive
•
Error appears without
motor start:
– Motor incorrectly
connected
– Inside-delta circuit
wrongly config‐
ured
– Ground fault
•
Error appears while
motor is starting:
– Starting voltage
too high
•
With sensors: The
measured value has
exceeded the range
limits.
•
With actuators: The
output value has ex‐
ceeded an upper limit.
Remedy
•
Ensure consistency be‐
tween plugged and config‐
ured module. Possibly the
referenced module has a
wiring error.
•
After the cause is elimina‐
ted, the error self-acknowl‐
edges.
Switch off the power supply
(control supply voltage) for at
least 5 seconds and switch it on
again. If the fault is still present
proceed as follows:
•

Check the switching ele‐
ments for L1, L2, and L3
and replace any that are de‐
fective.
•
Check and correct the wir‐
ing.
•
Adapt parameters.
Check the interaction between
the module and the sensor or
actuator.
