Check the line connector.
Check the connection between the FCU and the NCU.
Check for line problems.
Replace the FCU or the NCU.
Ask the other end to change their maximum receive
length setting, then resend.
Get the ID Codes the same and/or the CSIs
programmed correctly, then resend.
The machine at the other end may be defective.
See section 6.6.
If the problem remains, replace the FCU.
