Call Pickup

Call pickup is both fixed and assignable. Your System
Administrator will notify you if you have been assigned to a call
pickup group. Call pickup is also a fixed feature since you can
answer a call to another voice terminal, whether or not you
belong to a call pickup group.
Picking Up a Call Within Your Call Pickup Group
1 Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
2 Dial
Picking Up a Call Outside Your Call Pickup Group
1 Lift the handset and listen for dial tone.
2 Dial
3 Dial the PDC of the ringing voice terminal.
