This IC gets digital data from the SBU, and converts it from parallel to serial.
• SDRAM:
This is the main memory for data. (256MB x 4)
• EEPROM
This stores scanning adjustment values and counter data. The data stored in
this ROM is not erased if the main power is turned off. (128B)
• Flash ROM
This contains the scanner firmware. (1MB)
