Removing the engine hood

1. Move the hood forward to its limit.
2. Move it back 20°.
3. Lift the hood from its position.

Disconnecting the fuel hose from the carburettor

1. Close the flow of fuel by turning the fuel cock (8)
at right angles to the fuel hose.
2. Disconnect the fuel hose (9) from the
carburettor.
CAUTION
Tape the carburettor fuel port and the end
of the fuel hose as protection against
foreign matter.

Removing the throttle wires

1. Set the throttle (10) on the instrument panel to
the low position.
2. Loosen the screw (12) in the mounting clamp of
the wire sheath, so that the wire and wire sheath
can be lifted away from the clamp.
3. Lift the wire and wire sheath (11) from the
mounting clamp and pull the wire and wire
sheath outwards to release them from the
carburettor.
