TROUBLE SHOOTING
Adjust the steering sector-
drive and the steering
pinion.

Replace the steering
sector-drive and the
steering pinion if the gear
teeth are worn.
Adjust the tie rod.

steering sector drive and
those of the steering

pinion intact?
Is the steering wheel
correctly fitted?
Are the screws of the
steering sector drive
properly tightened?
Is the retainer ring placed
in its correct position on

Replace the steering
sector drive and/or the
steering pinion.
Fit the steering wheel
correctly.
Tighten the screws. See
