Removing the choke wire (RBH 180)
1. Pull out the choke on the instrument panel.
2. Loosen the screw (14) and lift the wire sheath
(16) out of the mounting clamp (15).
'3. Pull the wire outwards and release the wire from
the lever (13).
Removing the silencer (RB 150)
!
WARNING
Danger of burns. Ensure that the
silencer has cooled down before
attempting to remove it.
1. Remove the two screws (19) and the screw (17)
to detach the silencer guard plate (18).
2. Remove the two screws (20) by the pipe mount
and take off the gasket (21).
3. Unscrew the screw (23) by the rod (22) that
connects the engine with the silencer, and move
the silencer out to one side.
Removing the silencer (RBH 180)

WARNING

silencer has cooled down before
attempting to remove it.
1. Remove the three screws (29) and the plate
(28).
2. Remove the engine hood mount (27), and the
plate behind the engine hood mount and the two
screws (26).
3. Remove the four screws (25) by the two pipe
mounts and take off the gaskets (24).
4. Remove the silencer.
