SIM code and security

The PIN code can protect the SIM card from
unauthorised use. The code can be changed
under Phone settings Edit PIN code

security with the On option. The code will
then need to be entered each time the phone
is switched on. Select the next highest secu-
rity level with the Automatic option. The
phone then stores the code and automati-
cally specifies it when the phone is switched
on. When the SIM card is used with another
phone the code must be entered manually.
