04 Comfort and driving pleasure

Audio system

General
The audio system can be equipped with dif-
ferent options and different versions. There
are three system versions: Performance,
High Performance and Premium Sound. The
system version is shown in the display when
the audio system is started.

Remote control key and ignition
positions
The audio system can be used without the
remote control key in the ignition switch for
15 minutes at a time.
NOTE
Remove the remote control key from the
ignition switch if the audio system is used
when the engine is switched off. This is to
avoid discharging the battery unnecessar-
ily.
If the audio system is active when the engine
is switched off then it is activated automati-
cally the next time the engine is started.

Confirm selection in menu system,
accept call.
Lead up in menu system. Interrupt cur-
rent function. End/refuse calls, clear
entered characters.
Volume
A short press scrolls between CD tracks
or preset radio stations. A long press
fast-winds CD tracks or searches radio
stations automatically.
