4-9. SHIPPING PLATE REMOVAL

1. Remove the shipping plate of the counter weight block.
Remove the screw A, and then remove the shipping plate.
2. Release the shipping screws of the elevator block.
(1) Loosen the X/Z shipping screw.
(2) Remove the Y shipping screw.
3. Remove the hand spacer.
Peel the adhesive tape and put the hand spacer off.
Note: 1. Keep the shipping plate and screws which are re-
moved in custody.
Use shipping plate and screws to secure the ele-
vator block when moving the cart machine or dur-
ing maintenance.
2. It is possible to fasten the Y shipping screw which
is removed in the hole of the elevator bracket as-
sembly as shown.
3. If operate the cart machine with Y shipping screw,
access problem must be occured.
