The
AGC
amplifier amplifies the output signal from the servo head
(SVPRE and *SVPRE) to generate the carrier amplifier signal (CRAMP).
The amplifier gain is controlled by the output
(SAGC)
of the
AGC
voltage generating circuit to compensate for level fluctuation on the
servo surface.
