Market Setting Input

This operation writes the market codes into the EEPROM on the main control board. This operation writes all
factory values simultaneously.
1. Connect the printer to the host computer with a parallel interface cable.
2. Start the adjustment program. The program requires GWBASIC.
3. The market setting menu appears. Move the cursor using ↑ or ↓ to select the correct marketing code
from the list and press Enter. An example (for EAI) is shown below:
Notes:
1. Unless the market setting is entered, the program does not proceed to the main menu.
2. Input of an incorrect market code will cause a program failure.
4. The main menu appears on the monitor.

Select Adjustment and Check. Press Enter to proceed to the Adjustment and Check menu.

Select END and press Enter to exit the program.

Make all adjustment program selections with the arrow keys ( ↑ and ↓ ).

Adjusted values are not stored in the EEPROM until the printer is turned off. Therefore, turn off the
printer after using the adjustment program.

The set values are transferred to the printer when each adjustment menu is closed. Do not turn off the
printer before exiting the menus you have made adjustments in.
