Determining the correct postage method

If your mail requires no application of postage, see Chart C to choose your job settings.
l
If your mail requires postage, you must determine if you can print directly on your mail. You can
l
feed mail provided your mail pieces meet the requirements (material type, dimensions, and
thickness) for your mailing system.. If your mail meets these requirements, select the appropriate
postage or weighing method from Chart A.
If your mail does NOT meet your mailing system requirements for direct printing, you MUST print a
l
postage tape. Select the applicable postage or weighing method from Chart B.
