Creating a Canada Post shipping label

You can create a Canada Post shipping label from the Shipping tile on the Home screen or from within
the Address book.
You enter the information required for creating the label in a series of screens. To continue from one
screen to the next, select the down arrow on the right side of each screen. Your progress is displayed
along the bottom of the screen.
1. Select the Print Shipping Label button in the Shipping tile on the Home screen. Then select the
Canada Post carrier. This opens the Recipient screen.
2. If you are using Cost Accounts, select the down arrow in the Cost Account section at the top of the
screen and choose a Cost Account. For more information on setting up Cost Accounts, refer to
How to enable cost
3. Enter the recipient's address using one of two methods:
Type in the recipient's address in the fields provided. SendPro supports "typeahead" so that if
l
the name or part of the name is already in the address book, it will display the matching
address(es).
Choose from Address Book icon
l
search option (search by full name, street etc.) by selecting the down arrow in front of the
search field.
Note:
If you are shipping to an international address, you will need an 8.5 x 11 printer. If you are
shipping to the United States, you are prompted to either verify or edit the recipient address.
Note:
If the shipment already has the address written on it, or if you are using an address label,
check on the checkbox for Use Postal Code Only and enter the Postal Code. This option is
only available for destinations in Canada.
