INFORMATION
MODE
July 2014
This mode gathers and stores historic information on the fryer and op-
erator's performance. Press and hold
*MODE*" shows on the displays.
Press ▲ or ▼ buttons to access the steps and press
statistics within each step.
This mode includes the following information:
1.
FILTER STATS - filtering information for the last 7 days
2.
REVIEW USAGE- information accumulated since the last time
this data was manually reset
3.
LAST LOAD - information about the most recent Cook Cycle, or
the cycle presently in progress
NOTE: Press X button to exit from the Information Mode.
FILTER STATS
1.
Press button to select Filter Stats and then press ◄ and ► to select the

day you want to view the stats. Then press ▲ or ▼ buttons to view the fol-
lowing stats:
•
"FILTERED" = Number of times filtered
•
"FLT BPSD" = Number of times filtering was skipped
•
"FLT AVG" = Average number of cook cycles between filters
REVIEW USAGE

Press button to select Review Usage and press ▲ or ▼ buttons to view

the following:
FUNCTION
Day the usage data was previously reset
Total number of cook cycles
Cook Cycles stopped before "PULL"
Number of hours the fryer was on (left)
Number of hours the fryer was on (right)
