This mode gathers and stores historic information on fryer and operator's
performance. press and hold the info button for three seconds, until "*INFO* *MODE*"
shows in the display.
Press the up and down arrows to access steps, and press ✓ to view the

statistics within each step.
This mode include the following information:
• Filter Stats - Filtering information for the last 7 day.
• Review Usage - Information accumulated since the last time this data was manually
reset.
• Last Load - information about the most recent cook cycle, or the cycle presently in
progress.
NOTE: Press the "X" button to exit from the Information Mode.

Press ✓ button to select Filter Stats and press the left or right arrow to select

• "FLT AVG" - Average no. of cook cycles between filters.
