PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE
1. Remove the old developer.
2. Clean the entrance seal.
3. Clean the drive gears on the development unit.
4. Install the new developer.
1. Clean the registration roller and relay roller.
2. Inspect the registration and relay sensor
movement.
3. Clean the paper guide plate.
4. Clean the feed rollers and paper tray bottom
plate pad.
1. Replace the feed rollers and paper tray bottom
plate pads.
1. Replace the hot roller.
2. Inspect the fusing lamp.
3. Inspect the thermistor.
4. Clean and inspect the stripper pawls.
5. Clean the entrance and exit guide.
1. Replace the pressure roller.
1. Clean the exit roller.
2. Inspect the exit sensor movement.
3. Replace the ozone filter.
1. Inspect all the timing belts.
1. Reset the V correction counter by SP95.

4. Adjust the exposure lamp intensity by SP48.
5. Adjust the ADS voltage by SP56.
6. Adjust the Vsg by SP54.
7. Reset the toner end counter (SP58) by SP83.
