Remove the heat exchanger

The steps of the removal procedure correspond to the numbers shown in the previous figure.
1. Remove the vent hose from the vent valve.
2. Disconnect the fast release couplings for the intake and return hoses.
3. Release the cable to supply the fan motor at connector X160.
4. Carefully withdraw the heat exchanger.
Remove the fan motor from the heat exchanger.
Installation steps
Installing is the same as removing, however in the reverse order.
NOTICE
Pay attention to the tightening torques
The tightening torques specified in the table "Tightening torques for screw connections"
must be observed.
The screw connections for the protective covers may only be tightened by hand.
Note
Establishing the system pressure
Establish the specified inner deionized water circuit system pressure.
