TLV 186 on the BEB bridge where the source is located should display the multicast source and

group addresses and have the Tx bit set. Each multicast group should have its own unique data
ISID with a value of 1600000x. TLV 144 on the BEB bridge where the sender is located should
have the Tx bit set while on all BEB bridges where there is a receiver should have the Rx bit set.
