ASSEMBLE MOUNTING ANCHORS
•
Remove 3/8" Lock nut from the Bolt of the tractor
frame. (See Fig. 8)
•
Assemble smaller hole of Mounting Anchor over
Bolt and reassemble Lock Nut keeping Mounting
Anchor at approximately
45
degrees to frame.
•
Repeat the above steps on the right side of tractor.
NOTE: Figure shows vertical crank shaft engine tractor.
Mounting anchors are assembled to the same bolt on
tractors equipped with horizontal crank shaft engines.

ASSEMBLE THE CRANK ROD
SUPPORT ANCHOR
•
Remove the Plastic Cap from Height Indicator Scale
using a flat screwdriver under the edge of the cap.
(See Fig. 11)
•
Disassemble and discard 51'16 x 1" Bolt that holds
the Height Indicator Scale to the tractor.
•
Remove two 3/8 x 1/2" Bolts and the Height
Indicator Pointer from the left side of the tractor
frame. (See Fig. 9)
•
Position the Crank Rod Support Anchor over the two
holes and secure it in the front hole with one 3/8 x 1
114" Bolt. (See Fig. 9)
•
Place the Height Indicator Pointer over the rear hole
parallel with the Crank Rod Support Anchor and
secure it with one 3/8 x
1-114" Bolt. (See Fig 9)
•
Place 5/16 x
1-114" Hex Bolt through 5/16" Lock
Washer. one
11132 x 1-112" Flat Washer, Height
Indicator Scale, one
11132 x 1-112" Washer, four
1/8" thick Washers and secure to tractor lift shaft.
(See Fig.
10)
•
Reassemble Plastic Cap. (See Fig. 11)

NOTE: When mower is reassembled to the tractor, the
height indicator scale should
be
adjusted. Raise mower
to highest position, set indicator to "high" and retighten
indicator bolt.
