Technology module TM ECC PL ST (6FE1242-6TM20-0BB1)
Manual, 07/2019, A5E43919893B-AA
The IO modules do not reach the corresponding HW state
"out.setpoints.hwState" within the response time defined
in "in.evseCfg.maxSwitchTimeHwState".
The hardware state "in.values. hwState" has not adjusted
to the corresponding HW state "out.setpoints.hwState"
within the response time defined in
"in.evseCfg.maxSwitchTimeHwState".
The maximum time "in.evseCfg.maxSwitchTimeBreaker"
in which the feedback of the DC/PreCharge or Shunt
circuit breaker has to occur has been exceeded.
This error bit is set if you cannot differentiate which
breaker caused the error.
In part several breakers are opened and closed at the
same time.
The frequency converter is ramped down in a controlled
manner.
An error is set at input "in.hwError".
Bit 1 (insulation fault) or Bit 2 (emergency off).
At the input, "in.values.hwState" changes the status
without a change of "out.setpoints.hwState".
The frequency converter is ramped down in a controlled
manner.
The frequency converter is ramped down in a controlled
manner.
manner.
Remedy only possible through reinitialization of the block
or through Stop⇒Run transition of the associated CPU.
If "setpoint.dcbrk" = "True" & "values.dcbrk" = "True"
are applied, for example, and "values.dcbrk" suddenly
changes to "False" (due to a HW fault), without this
being requested by the DIN_70121 function block.
The frequency converter is ramped down in a controlled
manner.
If possible, the frequency converter is shut down in a
controlled manner.
Remedy only possible through reinitialization of the block
or through Stop⇒Run transition of the associated CPU.
The frequency converter is ramped down in a controlled
manner.
-
Malfunction of the CP hardware. The current pilot status
cannot be determined. If the HW error allows this, the pilot
is switched off.
