The maximum allowed charging current (in A) in the "PreCharge" phase.
If a minimum current value is required by the frequency converter to start,
its high limit is defined here.
This current must be less than or equal to the value of "maxCurrentIn-
Ampere"; otherwise the error message bit 1 (parameterization error) is set.
Bool Monitoring the feedback of the "PreCharge breaker" and control of the
corresponding output (see section on Wiring of the frequency converter
(Page 41)).
(True = yes, False = no)
If "False" is set, the corresponding output "prechbrk" is also set perma-
nently to "False".

The "shuntValueInOhm" value must be unequal to "0"; otherwise the error
