1. Intended product use / Verwendungszweck
This system should be used only for microscopic observations. Do not use for any other purpose.
Bitte verwenden Sie dieses System nur zu mikroskopischen Beobachtungen. Nicht für andere
Zwecke verwenden.
2. Laser safety / Lasersicherheit
This system is designed and built in conformity with the Compliance Guide for Laser Products
issued by the Center for Devices and Radiological Health (CDRH) of the U.S. Food and Drug
Administration (FDA), and also conforms to the European Standard EN60825-1 and International
Standard IEC 60825-1.

Although this system is equipped with an FDA Class IIIb laser, the system as a whole conforms
to the safety standards for FDA Class II and EN/IEC Class 2 laser products.

3. Only use with the eyepiece shutter / Stets mit dem Okularverschluss verwenden
Always use this system in combination with the eyepiece shutter. Failure to do so may cause the
laser beam to be emitted from the eyepiece when the laser is on, resulting in eye injury.
Bei Verwendung dieses Systems immer nur den Okularverschluss verwenden. Anderenfalls
könnte das Okular bei eingeschaltetem Laser durch diesen bestrahlt werden und es zu
Verletzungen der Augen kommen.
