The remote control unit will not function properly if strong light strikes the sensor window or if there are obstacles between the remote control unit and the projector IR sensor.     Download the latest firmware (format .fw) from Barco's website in the same way as for Projector Toolset. Start Projector Toolset and make a connection with the projector. For more information, see the Projector Toolset user guide.
