9.1.3 Description of the PLC program

9.1.3.5 Interface for the operating example

DB 146 includes the interface for data distributor and loading operation/unloading operation.
Signals from operator panel:
Address key
Disable loading/unloading
The user can disable loading/unloading procedures by setting a static "1" interface signal.
Acknowledgement loading, positive
This signal must be assigned if the data were transferred from the loading line to a magazine
location and the data distributor has to read in the next tool block.
Acknowledgement loading, negative
This signal must be assigned if "Loading with operator guidance" is to be aborted or
terminated.
Signals for user:
Address key
Interface DW 2...DW 5 valid
This bit is set to "1" by the data distributor for the duration of one cycle when the signals to
the user (DW 2...DW 5) have been updated.
