14. Once the cut is made, turn the Power
Switch (20) to its "OFF" position.
Then unplug the Power Supply Cord
(97) from its electrical outlet.

Wait until the Bandsaw has come to a
complete stop. Then raise the Body
Frame (126) to its full vertical position
and lock the Frame in place with the
Support Plate (31).
16.
Remove the workpiece from the Vise
(34, 36) assembly and scrap material
from the Bed (55) of the Bandsaw.
Then unlock the Support Plate (31)
and slowly lower the Body Frame
(126) to its horizontal position.

OpErATION:
Turn the power Switch (20) of
the Bandsaw to its "OFF"
position and unplug the
machine from its electrical
outlet before performing any
inspection, maintenance, or
cleaning procedures.

FrOM TOOL FAILUrE:
Do not use damaged
equipment. If abnormal noise
or vibration occurs, have the
problem corrected before
further use.
Cleaning, Maintenance, and
Lubrication
1.
BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the gen-
eral condition of the Bandsaw. Check
for loose screws, misalignment or bind-
ing of moving parts, cracked or broken
parts, damaged electrical wiring, and
any other condition that may affect its
safe operation.
2.
SAW BLADE MAINTENANCE: Inspect
the Saw Blade (86). Using a dull Saw
Blade will cause excessive wear on
the Motor of the Bandsaw and will not
produce a satisfactory cut. Replace
with a new Saw Blade when needed.
To replace a Saw Blade:
