This aperation monitors the O.N/OFF state and the offline switch state of a bit
device and
a
current
vaiue of
word device.
1 -point dgsignation (monitoring in untts of 1 point of
a
designated device) and
multiple-point designation (bit device: monitoring in units of 8 points, word
device: monitoring 32-bit data) are used for monitoring.
