4.8 Cleaning the reservoir

In order to keep the appliance in
good working order it is
recommended to clean the
reservoir approximately once
every 2-3 months.
1. Select clean reservoir from the "special
functions" menu.
If there is any water left in the
reservoir, the appliance will
activate the reservoir emptying
procedure.
2. Press the control knob to confirm the
choice of function. The display shows the
request to fill the reservoir.
Cleaning and maintenance
3. Fill a container (e.g. a jug) with a mixture
of water and citric acid.
It is recommended to mix 30 g of
citric acid in one and a half litres of
water.
4. Open the oven door.
5. Rest the container on the open door.
PLEASE NOTE: the container,
together with the mixture must have
an overall weight of less than 5 kg.
6. Extract the tube and immerse it in the
container until the end reaches all the
way to the bottom.
