1. Select a combined steam or assisted-steam
function (depending on the model) using the
function knob.
2. Open the door
3. Pull the filling drawer out of its housing.
4. Insert the funnel provided in the filling
drawer.
5. Pour 500 ml water (using a bottle or a
measuring jug).
6. At the end, remove the funnel and place the
filling drawer back in its place.
7. Close the door.
8. Press the button and set a timed
cooking of 30 minutes.
9. Press the button to confirm.
10. Press the button again to start the
function.
11. Wait a few seconds.
12. Hold the button for a few seconds to
skip the preheating phase.
13. Wait for the function to be executed until the
end.
14. When the function has finished, turn the
function and temperature knobs to the 0
position.
Take care: wait for the oven cavity to
cool down.
15. Open the door
16. Place the deep pan on the third shelf from
the bottom. Push it against the rear wall of
the oven cavity.
17. From position 0, turn the function knob to the
left by one position. The

When you wish to perform descaling in
advance, you can run the function manually:
1. Open the door.
2. Place the deep pan on the third shelf from
the bottom. Push it against the rear wall of
the oven cavity.
3. After entering the special functions menu,
press the button until the
function is selected.
4. Press the button to confirm.
5. Proceed with the descaling procedure as
described in the previous paragraphs.
