Recording TV

quick timer
Tip
• You can also set the quick
timer and start recording
when the VCR is in stop
mode.
Recording starts when you
press QUICK TIMER more
than twice.
Note
• When you set the quick
timer while the time code is
displayed, the remaining
recording time and the
current time appear in the
display window.

Additional Operations
After starting recording in the normal way, you can have the VCR stop
recording automatically after a specified duration.

While recording, press QUICK
TIMER once.

Press QUICK TIMER repeatedly to
set the duration.
Each press advances the time in
increments of 30 minutes.
QUICK TIMER
The duration decreases minute by
minute to 0:00, then the VCR stops
recording and turns off automatically.
To extend the duration
Press QUICK TIMER repeatedly to set the new duration.
To stop recording
To stop the VCR while recording, press p STOP.
Remaining recording time
