Troubleshooting (Roller)
POSSIBLE PROBLEM
Low engine RPM?
Low hydraulic pressure?
No voltage to 12 volt solenoid?
No oil pressure?
Broken motor coupler?
Low hydraulic pressure?
Steering column connector?
Defective steering cylinder?
Low hydraulic pressure?
Rubber scrapper adjustment incorrect?
Rubber shock mount loose?
Free wheel valve "open"?
Speed control cable out of adjustment?
Incorrect engine speed?
Rubber shock mounts defective?

TROUBLESHOOTING

SOLUTION
Check and adjust engine speed.
Check and adjust hydraulic pressure.
Check vibration switch, check coil for
continuity.
Check for proper oil pressure or defective
relief valve.
Replace coupler.
Check pressure for possible
contaminated or defective relief cartridge.
Inspect bearings and grease if necessary.
Check seals, replace if necessary.
Inspect cylinder for contamination or cut
seals. Replace if necessary.
Check pressure, low oil, or contaminated/
defective relief valve cartridge.
Check for proper adjustment against
drum.
Inspect for broken mount, replace if
necessary.
Close valve.
Inspect cable and adjust if necessary.
Adjust engine speed to correct speed.
Inspect for sheared rubber mounts.
