Test operation mode

Setting the servo amplifier to the test operation mode enables the test operation while a personal computer and the servo
amplifier are connected via a USB cable.
1.
Turn off the power.
2.
Turn "ON (up)" the test operation select switch (SW3-1).
3.
Turn on the power supply of the servo amplifier. When initialization is completed, the display shows as follows.

Use MR Configurator2 to perform the test operation.

After the test operation is completed, turn off the power and "OFF (down)" the test operation select switch (SW3-1).

JOG operation
The JOG operation can be performed when there is no command from the controller. The motor can be operated at the
specified speed. Operate on the jog operation screen of MR Configurator2.

■ Motor operation setting (1)
Set the motor speed and acceleration/deceleration time constants during JOG operation. When changing the speed to the
permissible speed, set the speed in [Pr. PA 28.4 Speed range limit selection].
■ Limit switch automatic ON (2)
JOG operation can be performed when the limit switch is not connected. Perform the operation carefully not to collide with the
machine.
■ Operation (3)
The servo motor can be started (CCW/CW), paused, stopped, and forcibly stopped. Clicking "Start" starts the operation.
When "Rotation only while the CCW or CW button is being pushed" is selected, operation will continue until clicking "Stop" or
"Forced stop" after clicking "Forward CCW" and "Reverse CW".
