Call logs

The handset display shows the call information for that entry.

2. Press the Save soft key to save the selected caller's name and number into the local

directory. Press the On-Hook key to cancel the save and return to the main menu.

The handset requests confirmation.

3. Press the Yes soft key to save the user information. Press the No soft key to reject the save

and return to the main menu.

If you select Yes, the handset display reads Saved for three seconds before returning to the

call log list.

The display reads Failed if the user already exists in your local directory and you attempt to

overwrite the entry.

Deleting call logs

You can delete call logs using the procedure below. You can delete the logs individually or by group.

Procedure

1. From the CLog menu, select the call log group you want to delete call logs from. You can

delete individual call logs, all the call logs from a specific group, or all the call logs from all

the groups.

• To delete a single call log from a single log group, select either Missed, Rcvd, or Called,

depending on the log, and proceed to step 2.

• To delete all the call logs from a single log group, select Del. The handset displays soft

key options for each log group. Select a log group, and proceed to step 4.

• To delete all the call logs from all the log groups, select Del > All and proceed to step 4.

2. Locate the call log you want to delete using the Next and Prev soft keys and select the item

using the Select soft key.

3. Delete the call log by pressing the Del soft key.

The handset requests confirmation.

4. Press the OK soft key to delete the selected call logs. Press the Back soft key to return to

the previous menu.
