Usage guidelines
Enable Graceful Restart for the peer VXLAN IS-IS processes at two ends of the VXLAN tunnel.
This feature guarantees nonstop forwarding while the peer VXLAN IS-IS process are re-establishing their
adjacency after a process restart or active/standby switchover occurs.
