This section describes the backup operation screen.
The screen operation procedure varies depending on the PLC CPU type and password status. For the details of the

Step 1.
Touch [Backup].
Step 2.
Touch [Execute].
Touching any switch (among [CPU
No. 1], [CPU No. 2], [CPU No. 3] and
[CPU No. 4]) is invalid.
Step 3.
When the left screen appears, touch
[YES].
Step 4.
When the left screen appears, touch
[OK], and input the password on the
key window.
