To send a Cine Loop to a DICOM device:
1. Start the Cine Loop. For details on Cine operation,
refer to the Using Cine portion of Chapter 6 in the Basic
User Manual .
2. Select the control which has been assigned to the
DICOM device (Record 1, Record 2 or one of the
seven DICOM Image Transfer keys on the soft-menu.)
3. If the anticipated time for the multi-frame archive is
greater than 0.1 minute, the following message is
displayed:
"It takes ### minute(s) at least. Continue (Y/N)?"
Select "Y" to continue with the multi-frame transfer.
4. The multi-frame file is first stored on the Hard Disk.
The following message is displayed:
"In Progress, Please wait. (AAA/BBB)"
where AAA is the number of the frame being archived
on the hard disk and BBB is the total number of frames
in the Cine Loop.
5. After the multi-frame image file has been stored on the
hard disk, the Image Transfer process automatically
begins. The following message is displayed:
"The DICOM image transferring start".
The image transfer is now executed as a background
process, so other applications or scanning can be
performed.
6. After the image file has been transferred to the server,
the following message is displayed:
"The DICOM image transferring completed".
NOTE: If the DICOM Image Transfer key is selected without
starting the Cine Loop, only a single frame image is
transferred to the server.
