TOLL RESTRICTION (CALL BARRING)
DCS-816 allows each station to be assigned a class of service (COS) for use in
the day mode and a COS for use in the night mode. This COS determines the
station's dialling class, which can be set to A through H.
Class A has no general restrictions and is not configurable but it will follow the
restrictions set in the Class of Service table (see MMC 701) and Class H is
restricted to internal calls only.
Classes B, C, D, E, F and G are controlled by the entries listed in the deny table
in MMC 702, the allow table in MMC 703 and the wild cards defined in MMC 704.
