5) Remove the Left Cover Unit [1] in the direction of the arrow.

Preparations
1) Removing the Left Cover Unit.
Procedure
1) Open the ADF Unit + Reader Unit [1], and release the 2 Claws [2].

2) While lifting left side of the host machine [1], remove the Left Rear Cover [2].
