Replace the Elevation Motor or Frame

1. This procedure requires the treadmill
to be turned on its side.
Determine if the treadmill will be
tilted to the left or right and side and
remove all shrouds on that side to
prevent damage to the plastics during
this procedure.
2. Rotate unit to the floor.
Caution: Unit is heavy. Two
persons may be required to safely tilt
the unit.
3. Disconnect bolt #4 from elevation
motor by removing pin #58.
4. Remove pin #58 and (4) washers #48.
