Once belt is lubricated, secure head
roller to frame with retaining bolt #16
and washers #43 & #44.
32.
Reconnect rear roller to bolt #22 and
tighten equally on both sides until
roller is secure on frame.
33.
Align the tension adjustment lines on
the running belt to the tops of stops
#107 &#108.
34.
Use (2) bolts #22 to tighten roller #73
evenly, maintaining the parallelism
between the two points.
Caution: Do not over-tighten
running belt. If belt curls up at the
edges, loosen belt.
35.
Plug in power cord.
Warning: the following
procedure requires the power to
be on. Exercise extreme caution
when working around live electrical
components.
36.
Start the treadmill and set the speed
to 3.0 mph (5.0 kph). Make sure the
running belt tracks to the center of
both rollers.
