2.4 Upgrading the Main Software

SL2100 system provides the Main Software upgrade for easy maintenance.
• Using SD Card on page 4-7
• Using Web Programming on page 4-9
2.4.1 Using SD Card
Not all boards are hot swappable. Do not remove or install from the chassis
when powering up.
1. Power off the system.
2. After the system powers down, remove the CPU-C1 board from Main Chassis.
3. Insert the SD card (with the new main system software loaded) to the SD card slot on CPU-C1
board. (If the other SD cards (such as SDVMS or SDVML) are already fitted, remove the card.)

4. Insert the CPU-C1 board.
