, 165 . . , REMO VING AND INSTALLING AIR
VALVE
Loosen hose clamp.
Pull off vacuum hose.
INSTALLATION: Check hose and hose clamp for
correct fit.
Unscrew bolts.
INSTALLATION: Replace gasket.
Tighten bolts to 9 ... 11 Nm (6.5 to 8 ft. Ibs.).
1165 ... REMOVING AND INSTAL LING
CHARGE AIR COOLER
Remove and install air cleaner 13 71 000 (see page
95).
Unscrew nut.
Loosen clamp (1) and pull off charge air pipe.
Unscrew nuts.
Remove charge air cooler downward.
INSTALLATION: Check hose clamp (1) and hose
for correct fit.
