Connecting instructions for complete ABS test
Notes: 1. Switch off other electrical consumers on car during test.
2. Warning: ignition must alwa ys be sw itched off before ABS control unit is connected
into or disconnected from circuit. For test steps 01 and 02, T·plug at ABS wiring har-
ness; for test steps 03 ... 10 T-plug at ABS wiring harness and ABS control' unit.
3. Test steps 01 ... 07 can be performed without brake test dynamometer; test steps 08
.. . 10 require the brake test dynamometer.
4. Note correct test sequence for each test step.
For complete ABS test, move on to next test step with
B.
When

is pressed in (locked in), each test step will be printed out on completion. To repeat each test
step with print out,
input the same test step number again; for repeat without print·out: ~ .
During the various test steps , the relevant connection plan and test step summary can be recovered with
